1. Winners will be contacted after auction end, unless we receive an
instant payment. Contact should be returned within 3 days. Payment
must be received within 10 days (some allowance will be made for
mailed overseas cash payments only). Despatch is normally within
48 hours of payment confirmed by e-mail. Please do not ask about
delivery, this will only slow us down.
2. Worldwide shipping is no problem, and is welcomed.
3. If you do NOT choose the recorded or insured option
then non-delivery or damage is at your risk. We obtain a
‘Certificate of Posting’ as proof of posting. Toots & Co
take pride in packing and send all items in boxes or padded
bags and use bubble-wrap.
4. Toots & Co is happy to combine shipping costs on multiple
purchases, by prior arrangement.
5. Questions relating to item descriptions or this small print will
be answered promptly. However, please bear in mind that we may not
have time to answer last minute emails before auctions end. If in
