00 GAUGE MAINLINE GWR CLASS 6600 LOCO MINT BOXED RARE

This is a Mainline 00 gauge class 6600 0-6-2T locomotive in the Great
Western Railway livery. The loco number is 6697. Mainline make a
nicely detailed model, to my mind even more detailed than Hornby, this
model is in mnit state and as far as I can tell has never been run.
All detailed parts are intact including footplates, brakes, buffers,
couplings, boiler rails, whistles etc and this is a rare model. It is
housed in its original box which is sound and undamged but there are a
few scuff marks particularly where a price tag has been removed. The
Mainline catalogue number is 37038. Nothing more to say other than
this is a rare locomotive in impeccable condition. Customers may
remember me from the earlier part of this year when I sold off masses
of stock from my collectors shop which closed in the 1980s. I have
kept some better items back for the Christmas trade to include mint
and boxed trains sets, limited editions etc etc in N gauge and 00
gauge. So if you are interested you would be wise to tune in to other
items I'm selling over the next month or so. There is no reserve.

This is an excellent model, which is in very good condition (I'd be
inclined to say mint but I don't have a mint one to compare it with!).
All buffers and couplings (compatible with Hornby models) are intact.
The model has plastic wheels on metal axles that run freely.
It is unboxed but will, of course, be well packed. I pride myself on
not ripping you off with high p+p charges. My 100% feedback is
important to me and I intend to keep it there.
Low score/zero feedback bidders are welcome - we all started there -
but please remember that your bid is a contract.
Payment within 7 days please, ideally by personal cheque or else cash
at YOUR risk. Sorry, I don't take Paypal but I can usually provide a
