1) This agreement is made between you and the organisation known as
Easy Guitars. Our sister company of Guitar Mania Ltd is acting as a
sourcing, payment and shipping agent and is NOT responsible or liable
in any way for any delays, retruns or warranty issues. All
communication should be directed to Easy Guitars.
2) Easy Guitars will do it's BEST to make sure you get your goods the
next (working) day but we cannot do the impossible, so here's the
RULES:
i) We are not responsible for postal / courier delays. We do our BEST
and if there is a delay we will chase up the guilty party. We do not
offer refunds on carriage charges for late deliveries.
ii) Orders received Friday will be delivered next working day = Monday
(unless Bank Holiday).
iii) Orders received late Friday, Saturday or Sunday will
be despatched Monday to arrive Tuesday (unless Bank Holiday, then
goods despatched Tuesday to arrive Wednesday)
3) You must contact us within 3 days to let us know how you will pay
and payment must be received within 7 days.
4) New goods are sold with manufacturers ONE YEAR warranty.
5) Used goods are sold "AS IS", with no warranty offered or implied,

6) Damaged goods - We inspect and test and pack well all goods before
despatch so they should reach you in perfect working order. In the
rare and unlikely event that goods are damaged in transit, we
will make a claim on our courier's insurance for a replacement. Once
this claim has been settled we will then despatch a brand new item
without any additional delivery charge to you.
7) Returns policy:
i) New Items - In the event of a fault, it is your responsibility
to return the goods to us. Please ensure the item is well packed and
contact us in advance for returns authorisation. Goods sent without
authorisation will be refused and NOT signed for.
ii) Once the goods arrive we will repair or replace at our discretion
as soon as possible.
iii) Used items - no returns available on used items unless specified
otherwise in the Item Description.
8) We are a legitimate, honest and hard working business. We'll do our
best to try and resolve any problems as quickly and as fairly as

Brand New Left hand Crafter Cruiser Electric guitar+Amp. These electric
guitars look and sound fantastic make a great starter guitar, we will
also through in a lead and strap so that's everything you need to get
going. Tremolo arm not shown but is chrome as is the rest of the
hardware. My guitar teacher was so impressed he's going to get one for
himself. As with all my auctions there is no hidden reserve, start
