A good to fine used stamp on piece. Good perforations and colour.
Plate number is 4. It bears a Bromyard cancellation dated 7 May 1867
which confirms the stamp is the scarce SG101 with "Emblems" watermark
(the more common SG 115/117 were not issued until July 1867).
The piece also bears a CDS showing the cover was received in Detroit
USA.
Minimum catalogue value is £150.00.
