PAYMENT:
•Payment from the UK: I accept payment via PayPal, Nochex, cheques,
postal/money orders, unused postage stamps (UK only & if item is less
than £5) and cash, but please wrap it securely so it's not obvious
what it is.
•I also accept (UK only) Gift vouchers from the following UK stores:
ASDA, TESCO, BOOTS, also HIGH STREET VOUCHERS!
• Payment from outside the UK: It makes life easier for both of us
if you can use PayPal paying by credit/debit card. You are welcome to
send money in your own currency in most areas of the world: please
check with me first though. Do not send money orders or cheques: they
attract a huge handling charge.
• Conversion Rate to US Dollars: I'm listing on Ebay.co.uk and my
prices are listed in GBP and not US Dollars - if you are not using
Ebay.co.uk Ebay shows you an approximate conversion into your local
currency. This does not take into account conversion charges at UK
banks. I use $2.00 = £1.00, If the rate shifts I'm happy :) to adjust
this.
SHIPPING COSTS:
Parcels are shipped securely packed, usually in a padded envelope or
box. I prefer not to ship surface outside the UK, but will quote for
it on request. I'm happy to arrange insurance if you want to pay for
it. I take no responsibility for goods lost or damaged in transit. I
always obtain a 'Certificate of Posting' as proof of postage at my
end.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS - PLEASE READ
Videos: All videos offered for sale by me are PAL FORMAT (UK) unless
otherwise stated. US videos are primarily NTSC - some video players
will play both so please make sure your VCR will play the tapes BEFORE
bidding, to avoid disappointment.
When the auction finishes... ...I usually contact each winner pretty
quickly after the auction finishes. It makes life very much easier for
me if you reply to this email with your address details. Payment
should reach me within 7 days. I don't want to give dire warnings or
restrict bidders to people with only positive feedback above a certain
figure, but please only bid if you're serious and feel free to contact
me at any time before the auction ends for information. Better safe
than sorry.
Disputes and late payers... ...If you have a problem with any item I
sell I am happy to negotiate with you. However this must be within 30
days of the end of the auction. I take NO responsibility for items
damaged or lost in shipping unless you specifically request insurance
and are willing to pay for it. If I do not hear from you within 10
days of the auction finishing I will send a reminder. Past this I will
fill in a Non-paying bidder alert.
