Goods are covered by a standard 12 Months return-to-base (RTB)
Warranty unless otherwise stated.
This warranty does not include accidental damage, mistreatment,
neglect or normal wear and tear.
We warrant that the goods are free from material defects at the time
of delivery (as long as you comply with the following conditions)
If you believe that we have delivered goods which are defective in
materials or workmanship (includes goods which are ‘DOA’ Dead On
Arrival), you must:
1. inform us (in writing), with full details, within 5 days; and
2. allow us to investigate, (we may require you to return the
defective goods to us at your expense).
3. follow Advanced Data Systems returns procedure.
We give no other warranty (and exclude any warranty, term or condition
that would otherwise be implied). As to the quality of the goods or
their fitness for any purpose.
If the goods are found to be defective in material or workmanship
(following our investigations), and you have complied with the above
conditions in full, we will (at our option) replace the goods or
refund the price.
We may charge you for any investigation which does not reveal the
existence of a claimed defect, and for putting right any compatibility
problems.
We are not liable for any other loss or damage (including indirect or
consequential loss, financial loss, loss of profits or loss of use)
arising from the supply of goods or their use, even if we are
negligent.
Advanced Data Systems Returns Procedure
We will accept the return of goods from you only:
1. After you have given us full details and we have given you a
Return Merchandise Authorisation Number (RMA);
2. within 30 days of our issuing the RMA number;
3. if the goods are returned at your expense; and
4. where the goods are as fit for sale on their return as they were
on delivery, and their packaging is clearly marked with the RMA
number.
