Is this an authentic item? Yes, we sell only authentic items.
How much will it cost to ship to???? Our shipping charges are listed
in our auctions. Domestic shipping within the United States is a flat
rate, and Internaional shipping is a different rate.
Will I receive the item in the picture? We use a combination of stock
and our own photos in our auctions. You will always receive the item
in the picture if the image is one we have produced. In the event of a
stock photo, you will receive an item exactly like the one in the
photo.
What if I'm not satisfied with my purchase? Contact us immediately to
make arrangements to return.
It has been a month and my package has not arrived. Where is it?
Please follow our policy and notify us within 10 days after payment.
It has probably been lost in the mail. Please consider insuring your
package to insure that it does arrive. We are responsible for
delivering your item to the USPS; you must insure the package if you
want to GUARANTEE its arrival. This is rarely a problem, but needs to
be brought to your attention.
Will you take a personal check? We used to, but unfortunately,
circumstances have determined that we are no longer able to do so.
