Our preferred method of payment is paypal, however we will except
cheques and postal orders. but transaction time will be longer. Please

Non paying bidders will be dealt with appropriately i.e Negative

Our shipping costs differ from UK to Worldwide. This price includes
packaging and 1st class recorded delivery. Any requests for early
delivery will only be honoured if extra postage is paid to cover
special delivery costs and providing it is not a Friday or Saturday.
Please allow 7-10 days to receive your item, worldwide may take a
little longer.
We aim to answer any emails on the same day that we receive them
however this can differ at weekends. Any urgent matters please call
our customer service line. Number available on our shop front.
Once despatched if item becomes misplaced, our only responsibilty is
to provide you with the tracking number and postage date. It is your
responsibilty to contact the courier. We will help you claim if this
is required. We will not be held liable to give refunds in this
instance.

us and we will try our uppermost to resolve the situation. Any thing
you are unsure about please email us before bidding as we will not
