Understanding What You Are Bidding On
Please read the description carefully as the size is always stated. I
sell Full and Gwp Products. If you are unsure what GWP products are
(Click Here For a full description).
In brief they can be smaller size/sample products offered by companies
during promotions -, new product testers or sets, which have been
split, etc. They can also be full sized products in plain casing. Some
may state not for individual sale, on reverse
We pay for all GWP's - they are not free samples. This enables you to
try these products before splashing out on full priced/sized items and
obtain some fantastic deals not available in the shops.
Payment Terms
Accepted Free On line Payments: PayPal, Nochex, & FastPay.… Email
Address for these payments is Cazcosmetics@aol.com. These, Postal
Orders & Cash, via special delivery, (or at own risk) Preferred.
Cheques accepted only if you include all auction details Preferably
Over £10.00 . Current unused postage stamps may be sent for items
under £5.00.
Please note due to life outside of e-bay I cannot bank daily. As items
are posted upon clearance delivery could take 7-10 days. Please bare
this is mind when paying via cheque.
If Paying via post Please send All Details, Including The Item Number.
Incomplete details will cause a delay.

My Postage Charge Includes A Handling Fee to prepare/transport an item
to post. The Full Cost of jiffy bag, box, bubble wrap, tape,
etc. Please bare this is mind when bidding; It IS NOT the cost of the
stamp.
If you don't agree to this charge PLEASE do not bid or leave comments
in feedback. By Bidding you are accepting my terms
Items are posted by Royal Mail first class. Once they have left the
post office my part of the transaction is complete. I do not accept
responsibility for items lost in transit. I obtain proof of posting,
which I pass to YOU, in the event of a missing item. You then claim
from the post office.
If you require recorded delivery this is extra and posted on
Saturday's only.
Please do not ask for a refund or duplicate item if you have not paid
via recorded delivery
Sorry but please understand this is a post office mistake.
Posting Times:
Posting is 3 times weekly. Items won on a Thursday/Friday evening may
not be posted until Monday morning. If you require an item before this
please contact me before bidding
Feedback- Please Read
If there are any problems with the transaction I would appreciate an
email before feedback is left. I can't help if I don't know there is a
problem. … I will reply within 24 hours and hopefully we can resolve
any issues.
I do leave feedback but my priority is sending out the parcels.…
I'm normally a few weeks behind. Please do not keep mailing me asking
for feedback as this clogs up my mailbox and causes more delays.
