Before Bidding...

Post and Packaging/Shipping And Handling:
The winning bidder is responsible for shipping and handling costs but
please rest assured your item will be packaged with the greatest care.
All parcels will be sent out the same day payment is received or by
the next available post, by first class post in the UK, and by airmail
to Europe, USA and the rest of the world. Please check our feedbacks
to confirm the glowing praise for our packaging and speed of delivery
worldwide. All Postage costs are provided in the description if known
at the time of advertising. Add to this the cost of your winning bid
to give your total to pay.

Insurance:
All items will have a certificate of posting and we are not
responsible for lost, damaged or stolen goods since insurance is
available for an additional cost. If you would like any item to be
despatched recorded delivery, registered or insured, then this will

you’re outside the UK since this is considerably more expensive.)

Scans/Photos:
We provide images of every item we sell and all the photos and scans
in our auctions are of the actual item you’re bidding on, except
where identical items are offered in different sizes. They are taken
by us and are not downloaded from any external source. If the actual
colour if of utmost importance, lease check by email the accuracy of
the photograph.

Returns
All returns will be accepted whatever the reason and replacement or
refund issued but you may be charged all fees incurred in the sale. In
the event of an error in the description or a faulty item, all fees
will be waived and your postage will also be refunded.
But we do not contribute or pay for the return postage of any item,
under any circumstance.
We value your custom and appreciate the fact that over 20% of our
sales go to regular bidders.

Payment Timetable:
UK CUSTOMERS: payment must be received within 10 days of the end of
the auction. EUROPE/USA/REST OF WORLD: Payment must be received within
14 days from the end of the auction. We will consider special
circumstances provided prior arrangements have been made by email. If
payments are not received within the specified time for you then your
item will be relisted to sell again.

We prefer UK cheques and postal orders from customers in the United
Kingdom but under no circumstances do we take overseas payment by
international money orders, foreign postal orders or cheques except
from the EURO community. But we accept Western Union cheques in

We also accept cash in US$ dollars, UK£ sterling and Euros, but make
sure that all cash is well concealed.
We accept PAYPAL since this method is the quickest and most secure for
all parties.
