Returns
All returns will be accepted whatever the reason and replacement or
refund issued but you may be charged all fees incurred in the sale. In
the event of an error in the description or a faulty item, all fees
will be waived and your postage will also be refunded.
But we do not contribute or pay for the return postage of any item,
under any circumstance.
We value your custom and appreciate the fact that over 20% of our
sales go to regular bidders.

Payment Timetable:
UK CUSTOMERS: payment must be received within 10 days of the end of
the auction. EUROPE/USA/REST OF WORLD: Payment must be received within
14 days from the end of the auction. We will consider special

payments are not received within the specified time for you then your
item will be relisted to sell again.

We prefer UK cheques and postal orders from customers in the United
Kingdom but under no circumstances do we take overseas payment by
international money orders, foreign postal orders or cheques except
from the EURO community. But we accept Western Union cheques in

We also accept cash in US$ dollars, UK£ sterling and Euros, but make
sure that all cash is well concealed.
