Octagonal Green Glass Art Deco Trinket Bowl Powder Dish
This octagonal glass trinket bowl stands approx 4 inches high and has
a diameter of 4 ¼ inches.
It has 2 patterns running alternately between 8 sections. The patterns
are horizontal lines and a pattern called Hob Nails. The handle on the
lid continues this alternate pattern over its 8 sections showing a
precise attention to detail.
The bowl is in excellent condition apart from 2 small nibbles on the
inside lip of the lid. These cannot be seen even when held up to the
light but can be felt when running a finger around the rim.

Art Deco Small Green Glass Elephant Head Handled Bowl

This item is a pressed green glass 'curved cornered' square bowl with
elephant head handles.
It also has a panel of small leaves impressed on the opposing sides of
the handles, which are also carried around the base in a small arc.
Also as part of the design are four ridges which circle the bowl from
leaf panel to leaf panel.
It is approximately 17 cms. square, by 7.5 cms. high.
It is in excellent condition apart from a few air-bubbles and when
closely examining for selling puroses I have found a 0.5 cm hairline
fracture, which is within the bowl, i.e. cannot be felt from either
side of the glass, this is next to one of the elephants' ears.
I am reluctantly selling my whole collection due to moving abroad and
having to down-size due to space.
