Accepted Methods Of Payment:
I will accept online payments via PayPal or Nochex.
You can also send me a postal order, a personal cheque or money order
but I can only accept cheques and money orders in Pounds Sterling made
payable to 'Kirsty Velk'.
I will also accept bank to bank transfers within the U.K. If you would
like to pay by bank transfer please email me for my account details at
the end of the auction.
Postage:
Most auctions have the postage specified for delivery within the
United Kingdom. Overseas postage may be more expensive but I will
inform you of any reasonable increase at the end of the auction as per
Ebay terms & conditions.
Non UK customers should be aware that they may be liable to pay import
tax in accordance with the customs regulations of the country they
live in.
Postage On Multiple Auctions:
If you are bidding on multiple auctions that end at different times
please try to email me before the first one finishes and we can
arrange to package all your items together to save you money on
postage. If I don't hear from you I will package and send the items as
they finish and postage will be charged accordingly.
Returns Policy:
The vast majority of the items I list on Ebay are brand new and as
such are all checked for quality before despatch. I do NOT sell
replica products unless clearly stated in the product title or
description.
In the event that any items are used or tested then it will be clearly
stated in the product title or description. Used items are sold 'as
is' and as such no refunds will be given and no returns accepted.
All items are sent out securely packaged. I can not accept
