Star Wars MEGA RARE Darth Vader SHORT SABER LONG TRAY potf
Welcome to the start of my 27 year private collection of Star Wars
memorabilia which will include some of the most rarest item’s of
Star Wars item every produced from 1977 to the present day. Keep a
check on my auctions over the coming months for some great
opportunities.
Here we have the MEGA RARE Darth Vader SHORT SABER within a LONG TRAY
from the original 1996 Power of the Force 2 line. When Hasbro first
released the new range of Star Wars toys the figure were originally
packed with extensively long lightsabers which were not accurate to
the movie. After complaints from fans Hasbro retracted the long sabers
and replaced them with short ones. During this production transition
the most rare of Star Wars variants occurred, the short saber in a
long tray which is the most limited run of any variant……..Figures
in this variant class are by far the hardest to come across and
therefore always reach a high sale value as they don’t often come up
for auction. Don’t miss this very rare opportunity to complete you
collection.
