the picture is exactly what you will get if you win the auction. All
comics come in plastic bags and secure packaging to prevent damage in
the post. If you wish to request information about the condition,

Insurance will allow you to receive compensation up to the value of

PAYMENT OPTIONS
We will not charge to accept PayPal. We also accept cheques or postal
orders. All payments from outside the United Kingdom must be made with

IMPORTANT PAYMENT INFORMATION
If you wish to pay by cheque or postal order, please send an
accompanying letter with your payment. Please make sure that the
letter states your name, address, email address, item number(s) and/or
specific details of what you are paying for. Failure to include an
accompanying letter will slow delivery and you may not receive your
item within 10 working days of when we receive your payment. We

REFUNDS
For your peace of mind we offer refunds on all of our auctions. If you
wish to receive a refund please email us with details. We will be
happy to refund the full cost of the auction minus all postage
charges, as long as you return the comics to us in the same condition
as they were sent out to you. Your refund will be provided after we
have received the returned comic.

Mint (M): In our opinion comics in this grade don’t exist as it
implies that they are perfect. It is always possible to find a fault
no matter how small which is why we, like a lot of other top dealers,
believe that Near Mint (NM) is the highest possible grade.
Near Mint (NM): In our view the highest possible grade a comic can be.
Virtually perfect with only the tiniest fault(s) due to the printing
process or handling. Comics in this grade are completely flat with
creamy white supple pages which, like the staples are perfectly
cantered. The cover has a high gloss. The comic appears to be unread.
Near Mint MINUS (NM-): Not quite as good as Near Mint with an
additional defect or defects which detract from the comic’s
appearance, still a super high grade.
Very Fine Plus (VFN+): A slightly better grade than Very Fine with an
additional virtue or virtues which improves the comic’s appearance
thus making it more desirable than a Very Fine copy.
Very Fine (VFN): An excellent copy with instant eye appeal with only a
few minor defects. A small number of printing or binding defects are
allowed. It is still flat with good cover gloss and hardly any surface
wear. A ¼ inch cover crease is also acceptable and are stamped, inked
or pencil arrival dates. The spine is almost completely flat with
minimal colour breaks. Very slight staple tears and almost
unnoticeable stress line may be present. Very, very slight corner wear
is possible.
