ITEM FOR SALE [IMAGE] [IMAGE] [IMAGE] HORNBY R072 CLASS 25 DIESEL BR GREEN EXCELLENT B+ CONDITION UNBOXED The loco is the 1979 Hornby version with the smaller central front window and the first of the models with the running number D7596. It has headcodes that light up depending on which direction you are running. It is unboxed. It is a very smooth performer which appears to have had little use judging by the traction tyres and wheels. There is a mark on the roof which is visble in the gallery photographs and this marks the loco down from near mint.There are several supersize images in the gallery if you click the link below so you may judge the condition for yourself. The introduction of the Bachmann model has not taken away the collectability of the Hornby version which is ideal for the modeller not wanting all that easily damaged detail.
