Additional Postal Charges
The 'standard' postage charge is as per the description. Some areas DO
require additional postage though (areas not included as standard are
below). Additional delivery charges are determined by location and

PLEASE get a quote before purchasing an item (call with your postcode

*IMPORTANT: Delivery to Europe, N. Ireland, S. Ireland, Isles off the
mainland AND some areas of Scotland WILL incur an additional delivery
charge. We DO NOT SHIP to BFPO addresses, PO Box addresses and some

Delivery
Standard delivery by courier will take 1-2 working days after
dispatched (monday to Friday only). Please allow up to 48 working
hours for your order to be processed and item shipped. Delay notes in
the description do apply.
Collecting Items
If you wish to collect your item from us then you must go through
the Checkout process as normal to enter your details, please then tick
the box to state that you wish to collect your item. We require a
minimum of 24 hours notice after you have been through Checkout before
you can collect. Please phone us the day before collecting and request
a time for collection, and check your item is ready. We are open
Monday to Friday 9:30am-4pm for collections only. Please do not
attempt to collect your item without going through Checkout and
phoning first. Thank you.
Receiving Your Item
When you receive your item you must check the packaging, if at all
damaged you must mark this on the form before signing (signing as
unchecked will not surfice!). All damage to items must then be
reported to us by telephone within 24hours (working days). Please
refer to our Terms and Conditions for further information regarding
your purchase.
