We are taking a much earned break! However our operation will remain

Monday October 18th after 12 noon until Tuesday 19th October 6pm
Monday October 25th after 12 noon until Tuesday 26th October 6pm
Monday November 8th after 12 noon until Tuesday 9th November 6pm
Monday November 15th after 12 noon until Tuesday 16th November 6pm
Therefore an orders placed between these times will be sent on the
Wednesday for delivery to you on Thursday.
CHEQUE PAYMENTS:
Chq payments must be made payable to the name given in the checkout
and sent to the address given.
During the peroid Oct 15th - November 12th we cannot guarantee when
you chq will be banked. We will aim to bank chqs received within 72
hours of receipt.
Please do not email asking when you order will be sent as we will be
unable to respond.

Terms & Conditions
1. Only press 'By It Now' if you are sure this is the product you
want.
Only press 'By It Now' ONCE. Pressing more than once will result in
more than one purchase and will incur fees, which will be payable by
you.
2. We prefer payment by PAYPAL. Payment also accepted by Cheque or
Postal Order. If sending cash this is entirely at your own risk.
3. Payment should be sent within 5 days of your purchase date.
4. With your cheque/postal order payment you must include the
following information on a covering letter:
Your name & address including postcode.
Your ebay ID
The Ebay Item number(s)
Daytime contact number for delivery problem purposes only
FAILURE TO SUPPLY ABOVE INFO WILL RESULT IN DELAY TO SENDING YOUR
ORDER
5. We allow a minimum of 3 BANK WORKING days for chq's to clear.This
is from the day we receive it and NOT the day you sent the chq.
6. We always leave feedback. Negative feedback will be left if you do
not adhere to terms & conditions 1&3.
7. Delivery UK Mainland
We aim to dispatch orders Mon-Fri at 7am.
We do not dispatch orders at weekends or on bank holidays.
Orders placed before 7am will leave the that day via Courier Service
for a next day delivery.
Orders placed after 7am will be sent the following day for a next day
delivery.
For example order Tuesday night 8pm your order will be with you on
Thursday.
The couriers DO NOT deliver Saturdays OR Bank holidays.
Delivery outside UK Mainland
NorthernIreland,Isle of Wight/Man,Shetlands items willbe sent recorded
delivery which can take upto 5 days.
Europe add an extra £5 Rest of world add £8 for delivery.
WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DELAY IN DELIVERY.
8. Returns
We do not sell on a trial basis. All our products are brand new
un-used and un-opened.
Manufacturers guarantees vary from brand to brand. Typically either 6
or 12 months.

If you have a product question feel free to email us. We try to
respond to emails within 48 hours.
10. Holidays
From time to time we do like to take a break! These are rare but it
may lead to your order being late.
Unfortunately due to the structure of the auctions we cannot forewarn
our customers. Any delays are kept to a minimum and are usually only a
day.
