ITEMS SOLD
Our items range from new to second user. The goods we sell are
purchased from a variety of sources, clearance sales, auctions etc. We
try to give an accurate description of all items and will state if
they have been tested and work ok. The description should state what
the item comes with, if it says it comes with it then it does!!! If it
is not stated then it may or may not come with the item, so if you are
unsure then ask us please. New items in sealed boxes are not tested.
Other items that are new and unsealed are tested before sale. Any
items that are said to be untested have no implied warranty with them.
They may be untested for a number of reasons and normally this will be
stated. We cannot be responsible for the life of any battery unless it
is stated in the advert. Please ask us for more info if you need it.
Remember that our idea of what something is like may not be the same
as yours!!! We will state the condition of the item, whether it is as
new, like new but slight marks etc. Sometimes the original
manufactureres packaging comes to us imperfect so we will repack or
rescue the original packaging, most times the original packaging is
very good.
POSTAGE
Items are posted out first or second class, larger items by Standard
Parcel Force. Some items are sent by Special Delivery or courier. If
you need the item for a specific time please ask before you buy so we
can ensure you receive the goods when you need them. We cannot be
responsible for delays in the postal service. If you do not choose the
insured option we are not responsible for items damaged or lost. The
ownership of all items pass to the buyer at time of posting. We
provide Proof of Postage receipts for all items in the event of loss
or damage so you can claim. The postage price reflects the cost of
posting PLUS packaging PLUS the time involved in packing and taking to
the post office. If you dont like the price, please do not buy the
item!! We will post to International addresses but this will incur
extra fees, so make sure you ask what they are before you buy, they
may be very dear and this has to be met by the purchaser.
PAYMENTS
Goods have to be paid for within 5 days of purchase unless other
arrangements are agreed beforehand and you must use the checkpout
procedure within 3 days to let us know how you intend to pay. Goods
are sent out on receipt of cleared payment, normally the next day, but
allow for 3 days to take into account weekends etc. If you need goods
by a particular day, please let us know before you buy!! Remember that
cheques and transfers take time to clear and we are at the mercy of
our antiquated banking system. If you wish to pay by PayPal you must
have an active account first!! Note that any cheques that are stopped
or bounce will attract action in court as this is a breech of the
trust we have in the purchaser. We accept Nochex payments, hit the

WARRANTY AND RETURNS
If you purchase an item that you feel is not as described then please
return it within 7 days for a refund on the item purchase price. If
goods are found to be faulty we will refund the return postage price.
Please allow adequate testing time of returned goods. If an item IS as
described then we do not refund the whole purchase price, we deduct
20% handling for restocking the item. The items that are new may carry
manufacturers warranty and support but we are not retailers and cannot
guarantee that this will be passed on. Please register and send off
your warranty cards to the manufacturer where appropriate. Most times
it is transfered with no problem.
BIDDING
Please do not ask what our reserve prices are set at as this is an
auction!!! We set the reserves to reflect our buying prices and are
set to a realistic level to ensure the items are sold. If you want
something then please bid and have fun. If you have zero or negative
feedback please do not bid until you have contacted us or your bids
will be removed.
FEEDBACK
If you buy an item and refuse to pay for it, or arrange a method of
payment, within 5 days we will immediately leave negative feedback and
file a non-paying bidder alert. We leave positive feedback once we
receive cleared funds, or we receive goods that are as described.
Please leave feedback as soon as you receive goods from us and you are
happy with them, or you receive cleared funds from us
COMPLAINTS
If you feel that there has been any error, or there has been a problem
with any part of the transaction, please try to contact us to resolve
the problem. Mistakes can and do happen!!! And we always put things
right if it is our fault. Please use the contact details at Ebay to
get in touch with us, we do not ignore emails and phone calls EVER so
please keep trying. If we havnt got back to you it means we don't know
you are trying to get us.
