I would like to warn fellow ebayers of my bad experience buying an
ELTA car radio/cassette from the above seller.Unfortunately I gave
positive feedback on receipt.I had the unit professionally fitted (
they did not believe me ,I had to fax the receipt)But its display was
faulty. As they are based in Austria I had to post it as they wouldn't
collect(£ 10.38 refund promised)The box had been trashed but they
insisted I return it too. After 10 weeks and 30 odd e mails. They
admit the unit is faulty but refuse to refund , they claim the unit
was badly worn during the few days I had it., I know the quality is
flimsy but that's ridiculous. Had the unit worked they wouldn't have
heard from me again.
THEY STILL HAVE THE UNIT & MY MONEY. Not the ebay spirit
