Questions We Have Been Asked In The Past!)
How Fast Can You Process My Order?
As long as we receive your cleared payment before 1pm we aim to post
your ink the same day (which you might be able to see from our
positive feedback!). However, in busy periods this is not always
possible, therefore please do allow up to five days for delivery. If
you are unsure i.e. you need your ink urgently, please feel free to
give us a call on 01543 469309 or email us at

Where's My Ink?
We use Royal Mail for our parcels, we send your parcels first class,
in jiffy bags with Recorded Delivery. Recently some of our parcels
have been delayed in the post by a couple of days. Our local post
office inform us that First Class is no longer guaranteed to arrive
next day particularly over the weekends (i.e. items sent on Friday),
so please take this into consideration when ordering urgent items.
Saying this, 99% of our parcels do seem to arrive next day.
We always try to leave feedback as soon as the item is sent, this is a
good indication of when your parcel left here. If you pay by paypal we
will try and let you know the tracking reference of your parcel, if
you pay by other methods let us know if you want the tracking
reference.
Postage & Packing
Postage and packing on this bundle is £2.99 , if you would like to
buy more than 1 bundle add £1.99 for every further bundle. If you
would like to buy further bundles but for a different printer, see
combining postage below.
Can I Collect My Order and save money on postage?
Yes you can! We have two retail shops in the Cannock area. Place your
order as normal, on checkout indicate that you would like to collect
and indicate your payment method. We will let you know where to find
us. Our main office/shop is the same as the cheque payment address.

Theres Somthing Wrong With My Order
We're all human here and unfortunately none of us here are 100%
perfect (though we do come pretty close). Occasionally we might send
you the wrong ink or miss an item from your parcel. This is very rare
but should it happen to you please inform us straight away. We will
ask you to return the offending item. Upon receipt we will refund your
postage and send the correct item straight away. This also applies to
faulty items.
