Summary of My Selling Policies
Payment
I offer payments with PAYPAL, I also accept postal orders and
personal/business cheques. Subject to clearance of the cheques items
are despatched within 24 hours. PAYPAL payments are a much safer way
to pay for your items, it also ensures you receive your item you have
bid on a lot quicker. Payments are normally due within 7 days from the
close of the auction. Non Paying bidders will receive a negative
feedback on the 8th day from the close of the auction.
Fees
The only fees I apply are for postage and packaging. Ocassionally and
depending on the value of the item I may have to pass the PAYPAL 4 %
fee on.
Shipping
Please see my individual listings as for some items it is not possible
to send outside the UK. Again depending on the item size and weight I
use various delivery companies. This is normally stated in the auction
details.
Delivery
When I have received confirmation of a payment for an item via PAYPAL,
the item/s is/are despatched the next working day. Depending on the
postage method used delivery is normally made within 24 hours. Cheque
payment would require the cheque to have cleared funds in my account
before any item/s is/are despatched.
Refunds & Returns
Refunds may be given in exceptional circumstances. We will not refund
for inadequacies beyond our control. We will charge a 15% restocking
fee on any goods returned to us. Any items sent back to us must be in
an as new condition with all packaging intact and the goods will be in
a as new and unused condition. If any goods fail to meet this criteria
then No refund will be given.
