Summary of My Selling Policies
Payment
We accept Paypal (preferred), cheques (in £ sterling), postal orders
and cash. We can also take credit and debit card payment over the
phone. Payment must be received within 7 days of the auction close.
Fees
The shipping charge shown on the auction is the total charge, there
are no extra or hidden charges.
Shipping
All items are shipped to the UK, some items can be shipped abroad, but
this is limited due to the weight and cost of posting certain items
(such as footwear). Each auction states whether international postage
is available
Delivery
We normally ship the day after payment by first class post, (Monday
morning for orders received after noon on Friday). Please allow 5
working days for delivery due to the postal service in the UK. For
international orders you should allow 7-10 working days
Refunds & Returns
Refunds are given if the item is faulty, not as described in the
auction or not as pictured in the auction. If there are other reasons
that you are not happy with your purchase we will also offer a refund
on the return of the item. We are totally cusomer oriented and
customer satisfaction is our main priority, so if you are not happy,
please let us know and we will sort it out.
