The waterproof Ceplex 2000 material is very good, and the jacket has many bells and whistles . Item Features ------------- You have 3 ways to wear this item: 1. Outer Shell Jacket: Ceplex 2000 waterproof/breathable lining laminate membrane, removeable tuck-away hood, 2 external zipped pockets, 2 internal pockets, mesh lining for breathability, powder drawcord, 2-way front zip with doubled storm seam flap to keep out water, and easy velcro closures. 2. Inner Fleece Jacket: Zip-in, zip-out, full fleece inner jacket, stand up collar, 2 zippered handwarmer pockets, bottom drawcord. Very nice! 3.
