I will always endeavour to send you a despatch note (email) on the day the item is sent to you (occasionally these notes may be sent the day after despatch depending on my workload). This includes my Cellphone and home telephone numbers as an alternative to email should you have any queries, complaints, silly jokes J etc. I always leave feedback, sometimes it may take a few days to do this due to other commitments.
