If sending payment through the post, please, please make my life
easier and use the checkout process! That way, I have a copy of your
intended payment method and your address. If you do not know how to do
this, please follow this link

out a copy of the invoice and send that along with your payment.
If payment is not received within 7 days of auction finishing I will
begin the non paying bidder process unless the bidder has emailed me
prior to this. This is why it is especially important to complete
checkout rather than just send your payment without contacting me
first, that way you are acknowledging that you have won the item and
intend to pay.
If I still receive no response after filing a non paying bidder alert
then I will claim back my final value fees from eBay which will result
in the bidder receiving a strike from eBay. This could cause the user
to be struck off eBay. Negative feedback will also be left.

I ship to UK, Europe and United States. Postage quoted is for UK
shipping ONLY. Shipping is USUALLY charged at £2.00 for first item
within UK and an extra £1 for additional items, overseas shipping is
USUALLY charged at £3.50 for first item and £2 for each additional
item (unless otherwise stated in auction.
AS THE SELLER I RESERVE THE RIGHT TO CANCEL BIDS FROM BIDDERS WHO HAVE

Delivery
I aim to send item out to you within 2 working days of payment (If

occasions I will post out on same/next day but please remember as a
mum sometimes it can take me a little longer!

will endeavour to get it out to you asap.
Refunds & Returns
All items are described as is and checked prior to posting. Any
problems with an item, bidders are asked to email me prior to posting
feedback and I will endeavour to sort out the matter. Please email me
within 3 days of receipt of item.
