All grading is done visually. Volume does not allow us to play all our
items. Please also note that all of our CDs/DVDs are original and we
do not sell illegal copies. We will ship the CDs/DVDs as exactly as
described and pictured in the auction.
u Brand New and Sealed - un-opened
u Perfect Condition – opened but no damage to artwork or disc
u Very Good Condition – slightly bent cover corner of the artwork
sleeve
u Good Condition – little hairlines on the disc but does not affect
sound quality
u Fair Condition – may have scratches on the disc or artwork sleeve
may be ripped or worn
The following terms are binding so please read them carefully before
placing your bid.

· We accept Paypal ONLY.
· Please settle our invoice within 3 days after the close of auction.
· Please do not bid on our auctions if you do not intend to pay. We
reserve the right to relist any auctions not paid within 30 days and
leave negative feedback.
Shipping & Handling:
· We ship EVERYDAY (except public holidays) from ASIA.
· We will ship to the following locations:

If your location is not listed above, we may not be able to ship the

before placing your bid.
· All parcels are dispatched by airmail. Additional £1.00 (One
Pound) will be charged for registered airmail. The parcels will be
shipped within 1 business day of receiving FULL PAYMENT and you will
receive it normally within 7 to 15 days.
· Please note that we are NOT responsible for any customs fees, taxes
or duties imposed by your local government.
· We charge the SAME RATE for all locations.
· If you would like to enjoy combines shipping and handling savings,
you may wait for current auctions to complete and make 1 combined
payment. You can save £1.00 (One Pound) shipping and handling charge
for each additional winning item.
Return Policy:
· In the event you receive a defective or incorrect item through our
error, please let us know before leaving feedback. We undertake to
refund or resend the correct or fault-free items (if stock available)
if it is created through our fault. However, we are not responsible
for any damages to the parcels during shipping process.
