This is an auction for a great black Ben Sherman 2M (Medium) t-shirt
that also has a cream band across the chest with the words Ben Sherman
in cream lettering above the band on the left hand side of the chest
area (as indicated in the photograph). This t-shirt is in great
condition and has no marks, rips or tears and I am only getting rid of
it as it doesnt really fit me anymore and is ideal to wear with a pair
of jeans whether it be for a session down the pub or just for wearing
casually. The items that I have up for auction do not have a reserve
price and the start price is set at a low and reasonable level so that
somebody out there can grab a bargain.

I only accept personal cheques, postal orders and cash (English
Sterling - sent at your risk). If paying by cash, I would suggest you
use Recorded delivery. If you have received any negative feedback in
the last 3 months or have a zero rating, please send me an e-mail
before bidding and then only place a bid once I have sent you an
e-mail confirming that I will accept you bid. If you have negative
feedback or a zero rating and secure the item without contacting me
prior to placing a bid, then I reserve the right not to accept your
bid. I will not ship items outside of the United Kingdom. If you win
more than one item from me within a 24-hour period then I am more then
happy to combine the postage costs to offer a cost reduction so the
more that you buy the more the overall postage costs will come down.
Payment must be received within 7 days of the auction close. If I do
not receive the payment within the stipulated 7 days, I will contact
you by e-mail, then if you ignore my e-mails and if payment is not
received within 5 days of my e-mail, then will leave a negative
feedback report and I will enter a Non Payer Alert (NPA) with e-bay
and this could affect your status and the item will either be
re-listed or offered to the second placed bidder at my discretion. On
the reverse of cheques, please indicate the item reference number
along with your name and postal address or include a copy of the
invoice that I send you and please complete the ‘checkout’ section
of e-bay within 48 hours of the auction finish. The item will be sent
out by first class post or standard parcel service (unless stated
otherwise) within 5 days of the cheque clearing (or upon receipt of
cash or postal orders) and you should allow 5 working days for the
cheque to clear (please note that due to work commitments I only go to
the Bank and the Post Office twice a week – not on a daily basis). I
always obtain proof of postage for everything that I post (Royal Mail
T&C’s will apply on any compensation claims) and items will be sent
out in secure packaging (I am not liable or responsible for any damage
that may occur, along with opened or miss-delivered packages once I
have lodged the item at the Post Office). If paying by cheque, then
you should allow a period of around 10 working days from the date that
you posted the cheque to when the item will be delivered. If you want
the item sent out using the Royal Mail recorded delivery service, then
this is an additional charge of £1.00 per item for this service.
I pride myself on providing a courteous service to buyers, so if you
have any reasonable questions or if there is something that you are
not sure about, please send me an e-mail and I will endeavour to
respond in time for you to place a bid. If the answer is likely to
affect your bid, then please wait for me to reply before placing a
bid. Please note that I do not offer refunds, exchanges or returns
unless the package delivered is not as described (this does not apply
to ill fitting clothes – sizes will be listed in accordance with the
labels), so please read the item description fully before placing a
bid. I always do my best to accurately describe the item that I am
selling and it is not my intention to mislead anybody as I am selling
items just to make space and not make any serious money as a
professional e-bay seller – what you see is what you will get.
