This is one of a batch of Ben Sherman shirts that I managed to
acquire. They are new and genuine Ben Sherman's and most definitely
NOT cheap copies.
They are all as you would get them from the shop, but of course much
cheaper. These shirts were retailing at approximately £40 to £50.
You now have the chance of getting yourself a real designer shirt at a
fraction of the original cost. Some of these shirts may have been
tried on in the shop but most of them are just as they left the
factory. This one is most definitely brand new and has never even been
tried on.

I have sold literally hundreds of these (although not too many in the
last few weeks due to non availability) Please feel free to check my
feedback from 100% happy customers. I do use the actual labels on the
shirts to take the sizing but I also measure each shirt individually
and the measurements are provided for you.
I will refund for items that are incorrectly described but do not give
refunds for shirts which simply do not fit. I do not normally refund
postage costs for returned items but you can feel free to buy with
confidence.
I have supplied close up photos so as you can see the actual pattern
and also photos on my tailors dummy (or Rachel Stevens as my kids call
it). The starting price is set ridiculously low so as to encourage
bidding.

I sell good quality items online as a service to you and also to keep
me out of mischief. The money I raise goes towards my annual 2 week
holiday fund. I always do my best to accurately describe the items I
sell. However I do make errors okshunalley. If you are uncertain of
anything about the article please email me before you bid or buy and I
will try to answer to the best of my ability.
Please make sure you know what you are buying as what you see is what
you get. All my items are sold as seen. Please never assume that you
are bidding on something that is not actually stated in the advert.
Bid on what you see not what you assume. I do read the labels if they
are on the items I sell and I may quote what the manufacturers say
about their products. I am not a shop and this auction is not covered
by EU distance selling rules. Please arrange a payment within 3 days
after which I will send out a reminder. Full payment is expected
within 7 days of end of Auction. If I have not received payment within
7 days, I reserve the right to offer item to another bidder or re-list
the item. My preferred method of payment is Paypal. Postage is charged
at Royal Mail rates although the rate you see on the advert includes
all packing and is what you agree to pay when you bid. Proof of
postage will be obtained when posting which also covers insurance
& compensation of up to £28 for loss or damage. PLEASE advise me if
you wish to purchase extra postal insurance, as I am not responsible
for any item which goes missing, after I have posted it. If this
occurs I will forward my proof of posting so you can make the claim.
Your bid is a contract. Do NOT bid if you do not agree the price,
shipping or handling. Do NOT bid if you intend not to buy. I will
chase up and catch none paying bidders. Using the legal system this is
easily done. Non payment of an item that cost approx £5.00 could end
up costing you 50.00. I do not refund postage costs for returned
unsuitable items. I will leave negative feedback and file non-paying
bidder warnings for unpaid auctions. I prefer Paypal but if you are
not using this and you win the auction, please be kind enough to let
me know how you are going to pay. e.g. Sending Cheque, Postal Order or
even Cash. It saves me send out reminder letters which I automatically
