Refund Policy For Blank Media
We have recently amended our policy to remind customers that it is
important to check and assess new media on your recorders and writers
before placing orders of any quantity. Whilst the majority of discs
work with most writers, we wish to avoid disappointment and
inconvenience caused when discs are found to be unsuitable for a
particular machine.
Return of Incompatible and Faulty Discs
Our experience is that most discs rejected as "faulty" are in fact
incompatible, or that there are issues with configuration (often
resolvable). We will test media returned as faulty, and should it be
found as such we either exchange it, credit or refund you - whichever
you prefer. Your return shipping costs will also be refunded in this
instance. Goods found to be in good condition will be refunded less
20% admin fee (excl. shipping costs.)
