technical faults, manufacturer faults and damaged on receipt, unless

3. We understand that there are occasions when you need to return
goods to us.
4. If your items were damaged in transit, we request you to report
them to us within 7 days. If item(s) are visibly damaged outside on
receipt, it’s best to sign delivery note accordingly without further
tempering on the item(s). Once damaged goods are received back to us,
we will issue a full refund to you.
5. In the events of faulty items, please report them us the details
(EBAY item number, invoice number, full technical or manufacturer
fault) within 7 days. You are entitled to a “warranty repairâ€. We
will issue you a Return Material Authorisation number before returning
the faulty item(s) to us at your own expense. We would normally give a
12 months Return To Base warranty for all items we sell, unless
otherwise stated. We would either exchange the item(s) with a new one
or do a refund after faults have been verified.
6. Please note that for items that are being repaired with our
suppliers is a time consuming process and the process might take up to
4 weeks before they are fixed.
7. Payment must be made within 14 days after auction ended. Failure to
do so will result in a bad feedback. We will re-list and are entitled
not to sell you the item(s) you have failed to pay within 14 days
given, unless given special considerations.
8. In the events of any difficulties that prevent you from making the
payment, please contact us as soon as possible as we would consider
giving you maximum up to 30 days to make the payment.
9. After saying point number one (see above), and you still changed
your mind not to purchase the item(s) you have bid, at the same time
don’t want to receive a bad feedback from us, there is still room
for negotiation. Chances are you have to pay all our EBAY fees and a
£5 pound penalty.
