Summary of My Selling Policies
Payment
Payment by PayPal or cheque (cheque from within the United Kingdom
only).
I prefer payment by PayPal.
No Cheque or Cash payments from outside the United Kingdom.
Please respond within 4 days to your invoice, after which, another
invoice will be sent.
If you do not respond within 8 days A NEGATIVE FEEDBACK WILL BE
ENTERED. You are able to advise me
using the e-bay facilities, or e mail.
Shipping
I will ship Internationally.
Normally I use the Royal Mail, however Parcel Force will be employed
on heavier shipments. Recorded Delivery is available upon request.
Postal/Shipping costs are variable.
Delivery
Normally postage takes place within 24 hours of payment (this target
can vary), dependent upon my normal work. Cheques will normally be
cleared first before shipping, unless you are a regular client.
Refunds & Returns
Refunds are given, provided the items are not as described in the
Auction details, this does not include Collections (when overall
conditions may vary)which will be graded.
I will not accept parts of lots returned for a refund.
Should a refund by requested, please e mail me within 48 hours of
receipt of the items, before feedback.
Items should be returned by the same system (or equivalent)as they
were received by, securely packaged.
I will not be held responsible for damage caused
by the carrier of your items. Insurance is available upon request.
Proof of Posting is always
available(upon request)should an item be mislaid or
