We charge nothing for collection unlike other ebay sellers who charge 50% collection charge. Warranty questions Q. I have had purchased an item from you off ebay and its packed up, will i get a new one?. A. This is all dependant on how long you have had it etc. All cases are treated as individual and are down to the descrection of Auto-Cruise Ltd. There is no warranty on any auction item but we allways see the customer happy. Usually Auto-Cruise will be responsible for the item for 14 days then the warranty is with the manufacturer. Warranty may also be affected by customers attitude when calling. Q. I have had the item i won off ebay delivered damaged, what happens now? A. See delivery question. Q. I have won a sub off ebay and its blown, what happens now? A. The sub will have to be returned to us at your own cost to start. If the sub is faulty we will replace it along with a cheque for your postage. However if the sub has been over/under powered and burnt out there will be no warranty (we dont know if youve put 1000w through a 300w sub). Checkout questions Q. I have followed the link from the email you sent and it does not work. What do i do now? A. Go back to the item on ebay and try the checkout link on there. Q.
