Infinity's Ceramic Metal Matrix Diaphragmâ„¢ material is a major
breakthrough in transducer-diaphragm technology. For subwoofer
applications, it offers pistonic operation over the entire usable
range of the driver, eliminating colorations due to cone breakup modes

Flat Progressive Spider – A flat progressive spider is used on all
Kappa subwoofers to provide maximum control at excursion limits.
Flared and Polished Polepiece Vents – In addition to providing
maximum voice-coil cooling, the flared and polished polepiece vent
eliminates mechanical noises created by excessive turbulence at the
mouth of the vent. The large vent diameter reduces suspension losses
for better low-frequency reproduction.
Butyl-Rubber Surrounds – Offer excellent cone-edge suspension,
important to any high-excursion subwoofer. In addition, this material
will not break down due to moisture or UV exposure.
Long Excursion Design – The motor structure and overall design of
each Kappa woofer has been engineered to ensure maximum excursion in
small sealed, vented and bandpass enclosures. Both the ten-inch and
twelve-inch models deliver 12.5mm of linear one-way excursion.

Youv'e found a mad looking sub system!
This is a Rockford Fosgate 12" RF bass box that has been customised by
one of our chaps here for display - it features cool looking CHROME
chequerplate style finishing to 3 sides.
It has installed a new XS 12" subwoofer.
This item is unused but has been on display in our showroom so really
counts as "shop soiled"
This would look fab in a boot with some neon lights to reflect off the
chrome chequerplate!
