You may cancel your order at any time up to seven working days after

order. You must send the goods back to us at your own expense. We will
refund the cost of the items returned.

If your goods are defective, of poor quality, misdescribed or not fit
for their purpose please contact us to arrange for them to be sent
back. We will replace or refund as appropriate. We will refund you for
the return postage costs, and if you choose a full refund this will
