This booklet (FH23) is the first in a series of four illustrations;
designed by John Gibbs on Punch Magazine. It was issued on 10th
October 1991 and features artists Richard Doyle & Hoffnung. The
booklet is in mint condition as issued by the Post Office and has E3
perfs - IMPERF SIDES. NOTE: This booklet displays the INCORRECT RATE
of postage (i.e. 100g/35p).
Please note: the booklet below is used for illustration purposes only,
and may not be the actual one sent to the winning bidder. If you have
any queries regarding the perforations, please feel free to email me
for a better, higher resolution scan of the actual booklet on offer.
First class P+P within the UK will be 50p. Payment within UK by
personal cheque (item will be sent once the cheque has cleared),
Postal Order or cash (money sent at buyer's own risk. I cannot be held
responsible for items going missing in the post).
I can also accept PayPal but please note:
DO NOT pay using this method until I get in touch with you first. It's
FREE unless you pay with a credit card!
I will contact those successful bidders outside of the UK after the
auction has closed to inform you of the total cost (including
airmail/shipping charges) to your part of the world. Check out my
other auctions and save yourself money on postal costs!
Unfortunately, due to recent events, if I have not heard from the
successful bidder 14 days after the auction has closed, I will inform
ebay and will leave negative feedback for that particular individual.
As 99% of buyers conform to the spirit of the rules, most people will
